SHINee’s Key (under SM Entertainment) has once again teamed up with hitmaker KENZIE for his new song "HUNTER" to captivate global fans.
Key’s 3rd Studio Album: HUNTER features a total of 10 tracks, including the title song of the same name. The album will showcase a richer and more diverse musical world of Key, with all tracks being released on various music platforms at 6 PM on August 11.
The title track “HUNTER” is a dance song featuring powerful bass, heavy kick sounds, rhythmic guitar riffs, and various synth pads. The lyrics express the “obsession” of the narrator with the other person, as well as the “ecstasy in pain” felt through the complex relationship. Key’s dynamic vocals add a dramatic charm, amplifying the track’s emotional intensity.
Notably, KENZIE, who has worked with Key on iconic tracks like "BAD LOVE," "Gasoline," and "Good & Great," has written and co-composed "HUNTER," making it even more noteworthy. The synergy between Key and KENZIE, a "trustworthy duo," is highly anticipated for the new music they have created together.
The performance of the title track "HUNTER" will highlight Key’s delicate expressiveness and intense energy, with high-quality choreography that provides a captivating experience from beginning to end. Fans are expected to respond positively to the diverse and conceptual performance.
Furthermore, a teaser image for the album, released on SHINee’s official SNS on the 28th, depicts Key searching for something in a dark, urban setting, creating a mysterious and suspenseful atmosphere that heightens curiosity about the comeback.
Meanwhile, Key’s 3rd Studio Album: HUNTER will also be available in physical form on August 11, and pre-orders are currently available at various online and offline record stores.
