MONSTA X, known for their "trustworthy performances," proved their stage presence during their debut appearance at WATERBOMB.
On the 26th, MONSTA X took the stage at the WATERBOMB Busan 2025 festival held at the First Pier of Busan Port. As this was their first-ever performance at WATERBOMB, all eyes were on them. They wowed the crowd with powerful performances, seasoned stage manners, and boundless energy, cooling down the summer night heat.
The group appeared on stage dressed in sleeveless shirts, jeans, and metal accessories, exuding a cool and hip vibe, maintaining their "beast-idol" energy and heating up the atmosphere.
MONSTA X opened their performance with "GAMBLER", setting the mood with sharp, synchronized choreography and powerful live vocals. They brought the energy even higher with their hit song "Follow", causing the audience to sing along and turning the festival into a concert-like atmosphere. They followed with "Play It Cool", bringing a refreshing and cool vibe that perfectly matched the WATERBOMB setting.
As the heat continued to rise, MONSTA X naturally engaged with the audience, creating an even more enjoyable atmosphere. Particularly, Shownu caused an explosive reaction from the crowd by unexpectedly taking off his shirt, and they continued the performance with "Fallin’" (폭우), unleashing even more intense energy. The members' fierce rapping, catchy chorus, and EDM beats blended perfectly, and MONSTA X showcased their excellent stage manners and teamwork, leading the crowd into an exciting vibe. They ended the set with "ZONE" and "Rodeo", and the audience cheered wildly, solidifying their reputation as the "trustworthy performers."
In a statement via their agency, Starship Entertainment, MONSTA X expressed:

MONSTA X had previously held their 10th-anniversary concert "2025 MONSTA X CONNECT X" at the KSPO DOME (formerly Gymnastics Arena) from the 18th to the 20th, marking their full-group return (Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, I.M) and showcasing even stronger performances.
Meanwhile, MONSTA X is set to perform at KCON LA 2025 on August 1st, ahead of their comeback on September 1st.
