Boy band DAY6, celebrating their 10th debut anniversary this year, has been sequentially releasing visual content that encapsulates their musical history.
On August 4, JYP Entertainment uploaded the “DAY6 10th Anniversary Announcement: The DECADE of Us” video on the group’s official social media channels, announcing a variety of projects to commemorate the milestone. As part of this project, starting on August 9, DAY6 has been unveiling visual artworks on their official channels that express their musical narrative.
At 12:10 a.m. on the 10th, they released a cyanotype (blueprint) image for “It Was Beautiful”, portraying the heated moments from the “Youth” album series—centered on the theme of youth—through summer imagery, paired with the song’s melody to create a refreshing vibe.
At 9:08 a.m., the “Beautiful Feeling” artwork was revealed, featuring a writer, perfumer, office worker, and dock sailor, reminiscent of the four different concepts from the group’s fan meetings since debut.
At 7:15 p.m., the sixth chapter of their visual artworks was unveiled—an ASCII art design for “Time of Our Life”—symbolizing the four members. It encapsulates the timeline and memories of “The Book of Us” album series (2019–2021) in a single page, evoking nostalgia.
DAY6 will release their 4th full-length album, “The DECADE”, on September 5. This marks their first full album in approximately 5 years and 11 months since “The Book of Us: Entropy” in October 2019, and their first new song since the digital single “Maybe Tomorrow” in May 2025, heightening anticipation among music fans.
Ahead of the album release, DAY6 will kick off their 10th Anniversary Tour with concerts on August 30–31 at Goyang Stadium in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, becoming the first Korean band to hold a solo performance there. The tour will continue with shows in Bangkok on September 27, Ho Chi Minh on October 18, Hong Kong on January 17, Manila on January 24, and Kuala Lumpur on January 31, with more locations to be announced, allowing them to meet even more global fans.
