A dazzling festival celebrating the best of J-POP is coming soon.
According to the organizer Universal Music LLC (CEO Naoshi Fujikura) on the 27th, “J-POP.ZIP 2025” will take place from September 19 to 21 at Space S50 in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
“J-POP.ZIP” is an experiential music and culture campaign that “zips” (compresses) Japanese music and culture and delivers it to Korean fans. The festival will feature a variety of programs, including a J-POP listening corner, SEGA game experiences, introductions to Japanese tourist destinations and regional specialties, as well as limited edition J-POP.ZIP merchandise and a food court — offering audiences a chance to enjoy a wide range of Japanese culture in one place.
In particular, this year’s event will not only showcase live performances from leading artists in the J-POP scene, but also feature DJs spinning game music, Vocaloid tracks, and anime soundtracks to bring even more excitement to the venue.
At last year’s “J-POP.ZIP”, visitors were able to enjoy a wide variety of popular J-POP presented by Universal Music LLC, along with unique events such as gachapon and merchandise shops. The festival drew more than 6,000 fans, receiving an enthusiastic response.
