Actor Kang Ha-kyung is drawing attention with natural acting as he moves between 'cold water' and 'hot water' in the drama 'Legend of the Cook'.

In episodes 3 and 4 of the TVING original 'Legend of the Cook' (script by Choi Ryong, directed by Jo Nam-hyung, planned by Studio Dragon, produced by Studio Dragon, Studio N, provided by TVING), which aired on Monday the 18th and Tuesday the 19th, Kang Ha-kyung played Private First Class Kim Gwan-cheol, the commander of the 2nd Living Quarters at Gangnim Garrison, clashing with 'Kang Seong-jae' (played by Park Ji-hoon) and heightening viewer enjoyment.

In episode 3, Kim Gwan-cheol encountered a North Korean resident who had broken through the military unit's perimeter. While Kim Gwan-cheol expected to receive an award for discovering the North Korean resident, his hostility reached its peak when Kang Seong-jae, who led the North Korean resident's defection through cooking, received the award, foreshadowing new conflict.

Kang Ha-kyung is receiving praise for portraying an extreme character in this drama, balancing clumsiness with charisma.

Meanwhile, the TVING original 'Legend of the Cook' airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 p.m. on TVING and tvN.
