'Married Woman Killer' has unveiled a character poster depicting the tense standoff between Kong Hyo-jin, Jung Jun-won, and Lee Sang-i as they surround Kingfisher.

Scheduled to premiere on the 31st at 9:50 p.m., MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Married Woman Killer' (planning by Kwon Seong-chang / screenplay by Kim Eun-hee / directed by Yoon Jong-ho and Kim Ji-hoon / produced by Bon Factory, Barum Pictures, Studio Pim) is a drama that follows the struggles of a working mother with the most ruthless profession in the world as she fights to protect her work-life balance.

The character poster released on the 15th features the conflicting dynamics of Yoo Bo-na (played by Kong Hyo-jin), Kwon Tae-sung (played by Jung Jun-won), and Lee Dong-jin (played by Lee Sang-i), each holding different beliefs, sparking curiosity about the narrative these three will create. The breathless chase among the three individuals striving to realize justice in their own ways—killer Yoo Bo-na who eliminates criminals, social affairs reporter Kwon Tae-sung who pursues the truth of the case to the end, and destined detective Lee Dong-jin who must catch criminals—is expected to be a key viewing point of the drama.

First, Yoo Bo-na stares coldly ahead while gripping a sniper rifle. As a sharpshooter capable of subduing vicious criminals with a single shot from a long distance, the rooftop with an unobstructed view becomes the stage for her glamorous return to active duty. Especially, her flawless all-black outfit fully reflects the killer's instinct that allows no margin for error. Adding to this is the phrase "Okay, shall we go?" thrown by Yoo Bo-na before the official client meeting, which further piques interest. Expectations are mounting for her ruthless yet lively performance as she takes up arms to protect those dear to her.

Next, Kwon Tae-sung captures attention with eyes that alternate between persistence and emptiness. The employee ID hanging around his neck represents the sense of mission of a passionate reporter chasing the truth, but his gaze contains confusion at the moment he encounters traces of Kingfisher's return. Kwon Tae-sung, who once worked as a dedicated reporter for Kingfisher, asks the sharp question, "Are you sure it's Kingfisher?" This brings to the surface his past memories of halting all investigations due to a certain incident, creating tension.

Meanwhile, Lee Dong-jin burns with determination to arrest criminals while aiming his pistol in a flawless stance. Having overcome the tragedy of his school days and chosen the path of a detective rather than private revenge, the police officer ID attached to his clothes reveals his destiny to uphold law and justice. The phrase "Nice to meet you, Kingfisher!" implicitly showcases Lee Dong-jin's long-standing tracking instinct and persistence, foreshadowing an inevitable head-on showdown between the two.

'Married Woman Killer' production team stated, "This character poster was designed to show the contrast of three individuals with different beliefs in a single space—the rooftop. The narratives of killer Yoo Bo-na, reporter Kwon Tae-sung, and detective Lee Dong-jin will be drawn in a balanced manner, completing an unpredictable plot development, so we ask for your many expectations."
