Jung Woo-sung has returned after waiting nine years with bated breath. Jang Geon-young (played by Jung Woo-sung), who had been sharpening his sword of revenge against Baek Ki-tae (played by Hyun Bin), has seized the opportunity to launch a counterattack.

Disney+’s original series "Made in Korea Season 2" (directed by Woo Min-ho) released character stills previewing the dynamic performance of Jang Geon-young, who returns as a special advisor to the joint investigation headquarters.

"Made in Korea Season 2" is a noir drama depicting the precarious journey of Baek Ki-tae, who, nine years later, races toward greater desires. Following the explosive response to the season 2 teaser trailer, character stills highlighting Jung Woo-sung’s intense presence have been released.

Jung Woo-sung, who has shone in a diverse range of works including films "Seoul's Spring," "Asura," "The King," "Steel Rain 1 & 2," "Witness," "Hunt," and "Protector," as well as the drama "Tell Me That You Love Me," returns as Jang Geon-young, a special advisor to the joint investigation headquarters. In season 1, Jung Woo-sung engaged in an intense showdown with Baek Ki-tae driven by an obsession bordering on madness. In season 2, after nine years of transformation, he appears as Jang Geon-young and launches a counterattack to reset everything to its starting point.

The released character stills capture a sharper atmosphere for Jang Geon-young, who was stripped of his prosecutor title after losing to Baek Ki-tae in season 1, moving away from the bitter image he previously held.

His thicker beard and deeper gaze fully reflect the marks of time passed and the weight of nine years endured. Especially positioned behind the nameplate "Special Advisor Jang Geon-young," he exudes a cold aura that draws attention, unlike before. His piercing eyes, as if seeing through his opponent's inner thoughts, spark curiosity about what preparations he has made for revenge. How will Jang Geon-young, who has sharpened his blade of revenge, launch a counterattack to bring down Baek Ki-tae? All eyes are on the fierce battle surrounding the two.

"Made in Korea Season 2" will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on September 9, 2026.
