Actor Koo Kyo-hwan won the Best Actor in a K-Drama award at the 21st Seoul Drama Awards.

The 21st Seoul Drama Awards were held on the afternoon of the 2nd at the KBS Hall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, hosted by actor Kim Nam-kyul and MBC announcer Lee Jae-eun.

On this day, the Best Actor award in the K-Drama category was presented to Koo Gyo-hwan-i (수상) for his portrayal of Hwang Dong-man in "Everyone Is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness" (hereinafter referred to as "Moja Mussa").

Upon taking the stage, Koo Kyo-hwan explained about the coat he had worn onto the stage, saying, "This coat is the one (Hwang) Dong-man wears in 'Moja Mussa.'" He then added, "I wanted to receive this award together with Dong-man, so I brought him along. Say hi, Dong-man," speaking to the coat and eliciting laughter.

He stated, "It is an immense honor and a source of happiness. Isn't happiness the top priority? The weather has become quite cold. In the drama, Dong-man expresses that 'a time of comfort is approaching.' For Dong-man, that time is when he covers himself with a blanket, peels and eats tangerines, and reads manga. I thought about what such a time would be for me."

He continued, "I really love carols, which will soon start playing everywhere. I am considering whether to load up my carol playlist and take a long walk in Myeong-dong while looking at the Christmas tree. I hope you all find ways to appreciate yourselves. You will surely uncover a shining truth within that."

He then powerfully shouted, "Let's all do our best, fighting!" before exiting the stage.
