Yoo Yeon-seok of 'Liar' revealed that Seo Hyun-jin has never once had an NG in the past.

The production press conference for MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Liar' (screenplay by Baek Jae-young, directed by Cho Young-min) was held at the Golden Mouse Hall of MBC in Sangam, Mapo-gu, Seoul on the 28th. Director Cho Young-min and actors Yoo Yeon-seok and Seo Hyun-jin attended the event.

'Liar' is a story about a man and a woman who make diametrically opposed claims over a single memory and clash fiercely toward the truth.

In the drama, Yoo Yeon-seok plays Min Jun-ho, a man who speaks the facts, while Seo Hyun-jin plays Kang Ji-sun, a woman who asserts the truth. Yoo Yeon-seok and Seo Hyun-jin reunited after 10 years to work together since the 2016 drama 'Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim.'

Seo Hyun-jin praised Yoo Yeon-seok's changes upon their reunion after 10 years, saying, "Yoo Yeon-seok has become much more skilled. He has become much more elegant." She added, "When we rehearsed and came up with ideas, things became richer, and there were scenes where we had to coordinate our actions well, so I received a lot of help from him. It made me realize that the time that passed was not in vain," sparing no praise.

Yoo Yeon-seok said about Seo Hyun-jin, "When we did 'Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim,' I thought she was a perfectionist. I thought there were no gaps." He continued, "While filming this time, I felt that she maintained that perfection but became even more skilled. The human warmth I had expected at the time began to emerge."

When Seo Hyun-jin asked, "Is it because you had an NG?" Yoo Yeon-seok replied, "When we did 'Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim,' I never once saw (Seo Hyun-jin's) NG. But this time, rather than making mistakes in her lines, she seemed to have gained a slightly playful ease. She seems to have become even more flexible than me."

Meanwhile, 'Liar' will air its first episode at 9:50 p.m. on the 30th.
