Jin of BTS(BTS) won over the hearts of the Argentine audience with his dazzling visuals and phenomenal live performance.

BTS held three performances for their world tour 'ARIRANG' at Estadio Único de La Plata in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 22 (all times Korea Standard Time), 24, and 25. During the shows, Jin delivered live vocals and performances while wearing outfits such as a jersey of the Argentine national football team and tour merchandise.

Jin previously took the stage as a special guest for Coldplay's Argentina world tour in 2022, delivering the first live performance of his debut solo single 'The Astronaut'. Locally, expressions calling Argentina 'ARJINTINA' also emerged.

The day after his first show on the 22nd, Jin appeared in archival footage on local TV news channel Todo Noticias (TN). The anchor directed a gesture mimicking putting someone to bed toward Jin, saying, "You just finished your performance in La Plata, and since you have two more shows ahead, please rest comfortably and properly in bed."

A restaurant in Argentina hung a banner reading, "ARMY, you may cry when you see Jin, but not on an empty stomach," through which local fans sent their support to Jin. Real-time trends on X (formerly Twitter) in the United States and several other countries featured performance-related phrases such as THE Astronaut, WELCOME TO ARJINTINA, and #JIN_IN_BUENOS_AIRES_D1.

On the 27th, Jin posted photos from the Argentina performances and behind-the-scenes moments on Instagram. BTS is scheduled to continue their tour with shows in Brazil at Estádio do Morumbi in São Paulo on the 29th and 31st of this month, as well as November 1.
