Joo Woo-jae, the model and broadcaster of "Okmun-ah," finally opened his eyes to exercise.

Yoon Bang-bu and Dr. Lee Si-hyung appeared on KBS 2TV's entertainment show "Troubles in the Rooftop Room" (hereinafter referred to as "Ok Moon-ah").

Dr. Lee Si-hyung, 93, said, "I do gymnastics, stretching and push-ups. Step on the stepper and do light meditation for about 30 minutes. I do it every morning. Our apartment is quite big in the evening. Take it around three times. Then it takes 30 minutes. That's all I do."

Dr. Yun Bang-bu, 84, said, "I do aerobic 2 and anaerobic 1. (For Kim Jong-guk), this is a good thing to see and thighs are important. I do 30 minutes of balloon workouts," he said.

Joo Woo-jae said, "Listening to it like this, I think I can put it into practice. When Kim Sook said, "I don't think I have to do it like an addict like that," she said, "Joo Woo-jae, when I saw him today, he got off right in front of the door," drawing laughter.

Meanwhile, "Okmun-ah" airs every Thursday at 8:30 p.m.
