Former announcer Bae Sung-jae has been embroiled in rumors of 500 million won in appearance fees.

JTBC's entertainment program "Knowing Bros," which aired on the 7th, was decorated with "2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics Special" with caster Bae Sung-jae, former short track speed skaters Kwak Yoon-ki and Park Seung-hee.

On this day, the members of "Knowing Brothers" asked Bae Sung-jae about the cost of performing as a castor after the pre-declaration.

Bae Sung-jae replied, "After the pre-declaration, we are receiving a performance fee per tournament."

Park Seung-hee, who was next to him, asked, "About 500 million each?" and Bae Sung-jae hurriedly denied, saying, "No."

Seo Jang-hoon asked, "How many events do you broadcast as a representative caster?"

Bae Sung-jae explained his busy schedule, saying, "We will broadcast the opening ceremony, closing ceremony, short track and speed skating."

Then the Heechul Kim was concerned, "After being free, it's almost juicy," and Seo Jang-hoon said, "No." From Bae Sung-jae's point of view, the Olympics are the highlight," he said, representing Bae Sung-jae's mind.
