YouTuber foot-and-mouth disease (real name Lee Joon-hee), who was put on trial for extorting money by threatening eating YouTuber Tzuyang (real name Park Jung-won), has been sentenced to prison.

On the 12th, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal in the appeal of foot-and-mouth disease, which was indicted on charges of racketeering and other charges, and confirmed the original ruling.

The foot-and-mouth disease was accused of extorting money and goods in 2023, threatening to expose suspicions about Tzuyang's private life. Earlier, the first and second trials sentenced foot-and-mouth disease to three years in prison, saying, "We used the victim's weakness to extort wealth under the pretext of exposing his privacy."

The YouTuber's main work inspector (Jeon Kuk-jin), who was also indicted as an accomplice, was sentenced to one year in prison and three years of probation.

Separately, foot-and-mouth disease was lost when the court ruled in favor of Tzuyang in a civil lawsuit. In October last year, the Seoul Central District Court's Civil Affairs Division 212 ruled in the first trial of a 150 million won damages lawsuit filed by Tzuyang against foot-and-mouth disease and state inspectors, saying, "Pay 75 million won to Tzuyang, and pay 50 million won to the state inspectors in collaboration with the foot-and-mouth disease."
