Singer Park Sun-ju spoke about her diet.

In the the 2nd broadcast of tvN's variety show 'Secret Women: Living with the Enemy' (hereinafter 'Living with the Enemy'), scenes were shown of Eom Ji-won, Park Sun-ju, Kim Sung-eun, and family medicine specialist Ahn Ji-hyun discussing shapewear and digestion.

That day, Kim Sung-eun said, "I saw on a recent broadcast that Jeon Hyo-sung ate pizza while wearing tight clothes before going on stage, got sick, and was rushed to the emergency room."

In response, Park Sun-ju said, "Idol friends used to have waistlines of 24–25 inches, but now they're 20–21 inches," surprising everyone.

Kim Sung-eun expressed concern, saying, "Even without shapewear, aren't idols' clothes themselves tight? Eating in that condition would definitely cause indigestion. Just thinking about it is suffocating."

Later, when the conversation turned to digestion in middle age, Park Sun-ju confessed, "If you can't digest food properly, it's extremely painful. We have to eat. Even if we eat strangely, our energy keeps dropping."

Eom Ji-won agreed, saying, "Isn't one of life's joys eating delicious food? There's even a term for that: 'foodie.'"

Park Sun-ju added, "When I started dieting, I stopped eating pasta, bread, and ramen—foods I love. I don't even go near flour anymore. As a result, I feel depressed. My happiness index has dropped significantly."
