'Lass' Ryu Seung-soo revealed numerous episodes involving Yonsama.

On the the 2nd broadcast of MBC's 'Radio Star', Kim Gu-ra, seeing Ryu Seung-soo who had just returned from the Cannes series festival as a "hunter with a scalpel," said, "Have you never been to Cannes before? You've never even traveled there with Yonsama. Isn't Yonsama the only friend who contacted you when he came to Seoul?"

Ryu Seung-soo and Bae Yong-joon are friends who formed a bond through the past drama 'Winter Sonata'. Responding to the remark, "You stood shoulder to shoulder with Yonsama," Ryu said, "How can we stand shoulder to shoulder? It's more like number five. Last year I went to Kyoto. We went to a matcha tea shop. No one recognized us, but after I ordered matcha, someone ran up from behind calling 'Yong-guk-sang.' To think he still remembers me from a drama 25 years ago," he replied.

He continued, "During the time of 'Winter Sonata,' I couldn't fly due to panic disorder. Since only I couldn't go to Japan, NHK came directly to Korea. After overcoming my panic, I boarded a flight to Japan and even held a solo fan meeting. Also, I'm talking about Yonsama, so I don't know how Yong-jun might feel, but it can't be helped. Yong-jun, call me when you come to Korea. You didn't answer the phone last time," eliciting laughter from the audience.

In fact, Ryu Seung-soo even served as Bae Yong-joon's manager role. He recalled, "I protected Bae Yong-joon in front of Japanese fans and drove for him. Sometimes I still get calls from his manager asking me to come to an ad set. When I went, Yoon-jun was angry. I helped ease the atmosphere," he recalled about that time.

In response, the MCs asked what Bae Yong-joon had given him in return. Ryu Seung-soo said, "At my daughter's first birthday party, he gifted me famous luxury jewelry in a box. During 'Winter Sonata,' since it was cold, I distributed N-brand underwear to all staff. The director scolded me a lot during 'Winter Sonata,' but Yong-jun protected me. Moved by that, we became lifelong friends. I still hope Bae Yong-joon does even better and stays healthy," as he smiled.
