Song Eun-ee shared her thoughts on 'The Man Who Lives with the King,' which surpassed 16 million viewers.

A production press conference for SBS's new variety show 'Master Hang Jun' was held at the Shocking K-Pop Center in Mapo-gu, Seoul, on the 15th. Attendees included PD Lee Dong-won, director Jang Hang-jun, broadcaster Song Eun-ee, and manga artist Kim Pung.

'Master Hang Jun' is a secret audition held by Jang Hang-jun—who was sometimes petty, sometimes obsequious, but more brilliant than anyone else—to cast top actors in his autobiographical film 'Master Hang Jun.'

Song Eun-ee, who produced director Jang Hang-jun's previous film 'Open the Door' and invested in 'Rebound,' revealed her candid thoughts on 'The Man Who Lives with the King' (hereinafter referred to as 'Wang Sa Nam'), which surpassed 16 million viewers.

Song Eun-ee said, "The director has made many works, but I worked together on 'Open the Door.' It did not break even, so we have not yet settled the accounts."

She continued, "Then 'Wang Sa Nam' did very well, and my stomach hurts a lot. It is true that my stomach hurts, and it is also true that I am very happy for him. This was the first time I learned that two things can coexist in a human heart."

Song Eun-ee also stated her approach to this program: "I am a producer, but I am also a variety show entertainer. As an entertainer who takes on the role of producer because I want to be called a comedian, I am approaching 'Master Hang Jun' from a position closer to variety entertainment."

Meanwhile, 'Master Hang Jun' will air its first episode at 9 p.m. today.
