Singer Lee Chan-won's "Shining Star" music video was popular with 2 million views.

The "Shining Star" music video released on Lee Chan-won's official YouTube channel on October 20 last year exceeded 2 million views as of April 12.

"Shining Star" is a track from Lee Chan-won's second album, Chan-ran (燦爛), and was created by Lee Chan-won's lyrics and co-composition by Lee Chan-won and Cho Young-soo.

Jazz and blues are harmonized, and Lee Chan-won's appealing voice is added to the piano melody, so the autobiographical story is solved lightly with a song, but the emotional line explodes in the second half.

Lee Chan-won revealed the behind-the-scenes story of the song's birth in a radio broadcast. Cho Young-soo said, "I want your story to be contained," and Lee Chan-won completed the lyrics under the theme of stars.

Cho Young-soo revealed the behind-the-scenes story, "I wanted the main theme to be a star, but I got goosebumps because that part matched."

Looking back on the past day when he turned 30, Lee Chan-won delivered a hopeful message to listeners, saying that he dreams of overcoming fear and becoming a shining star in a dark world.

Meanwhile, Lee Chan-won finished his concert of "Hymn: A Brilliant Day" in Daejeon from March 28 to 29, and will meet with fans in Seoul from May 9 to 10.
