Girl group USPEER is selecting a new leader.

At 0:00 on the 22nd, USPEER (So-i, Seo-yu, Si-an, Da-on, Chae-na, Ro-a) released concept photos for their one-year debut anniversary fan meeting, scheduled for June 6, via their official SNS.

MW Entertainment, the group's agency, stated, "We have introduced a new structure that leads the team with different colors and methods each year, rather than a single leadership style. We expect this will strengthen team cohesion through direct fan participation and allow members to grow with a greater sense of responsibility."

USPEER also shared through their agency, "It is meaningful that the leader is directly chosen by the fans, and we feel a greater sense of responsibility. We will show you our continued growth alongside our fans. We ask for your interest and participation."

Titled '2026 TEAM US', this fan meeting will introduce 'Leader Election Geoje', a system where the leader (captain) is elected through fan voting ahead of USPEER's comeback following their transition to a six-member lineup. Going forward, a new leader will be elected each year on their debut date to lead the team for one year in their own unique style.

The released concept photos feature the members ahead of the leader election. The six members are wearing sashes with their names, and cute phrases highlighting their charms—such as 'Cheating Day Host', 'Reaction Master', and 'Chatting Leader'—along with their MBTI types and nicknames, draw attention. In the group photo, the members are gathered together, and a poster displaying the fan meeting title '2026 TEAM US' and 'VOTE NOW' is prominent, indicating that the leader will be selected through fan voting.

USPEER's one-year debut anniversary fan meeting '2026 TEAM US' will be held at Space Brick in Mapo-gu at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on June 6. USPEER is currently in the final stages of preparation for their comeback in June.
