MAMAMOO's concert in Jakarta has been cancelled.

MAMAMOO's agency RBW announced on the 11th that the 'MAMAMOO 2026 WORLD TOUR '4WARD' in JAKARTA' concert, scheduled to take place on the 19th at NICE PIK 2, was unavoidably cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

The agency further explained, "Unpredictable situations continue due to recent volcanic activity in Indonesia and strengthened local safety and security measures. In light of this, after consultations with the local promoter, we have decided to cancel the concert, prioritizing the safety of both artists and audience members."

On the 4th, Anak Krakatau volcano, located in the Sunda Strait between Java and Sumatra islands approximately 150 kilometers southwest of Jakarta, erupted, spewing lava. The eruption continued until the 6th before pausing, though small-scale eruptions have resumed.

As a result, seven airports across Indonesia, including an international airport on the outskirts of Jakarta, were closed, and over 2,960 flights were delayed or cancelled. While all airports have now resumed operations, Indonesia's Geological Agency warns that further eruptions remain highly likely, with potential for volcanic bombs, large amounts of ash, and lava flows.

The agency stated, "All ticket holders will receive full refunds. Please check the booking platform and local promoter for detailed refund procedures and schedules. We sincerely apologize to fans who have been waiting for the concert for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask for your understanding."

Earlier, T.O.P from BIGBANG also announced on the 10th that his Asia fan meeting tour 'T.O.P PRE-STUDIO 2026', scheduled for the 19th in Jakarta, was cancelled due to local circumstances.
