Giselle, a member of the girl group 'aespa', will serve as the ceremonial pitcher for the Kiwoom Heroes.

On the 24th, Kiwoom Heroes announced that they have selected aespa member Giselle as the ceremonial pitcher for their home game against the Samsung Lions at Seoul Gocheok Sky Dome at 6:30 p.m. on the 26th.

The girl group aespa, to which Giselle belongs, has demonstrated its global influence by achieving consecutive mega-hits from their debut song 'Black Mamba' through 'Next Level', 'Supernova', 'Armageddon', and 'Whiplash', up to their recently released 'LEMONADE'.

Giselle, who will throw the ceremonial pitch, said, "Our group aespa just held a solo concert right here at Gocheok Sky Dome not long ago, so it feels particularly meaningful and nostalgic to return for this ceremonial pitch."

She added, "This is my first time throwing the ceremonial pitch, so I'm very nervous. I hope all players can show us a great game without any injuries."
