Soccer player Hwang Hee-chan and his agency's CEO and sister Hwang Hee-jung refuted the controversy over the power trip.

Hwang Hee-chan said on his Instagram on the 19th, "I definitely want to correct the part that is different from the truth."

"It's not because it's a family, but my family is not the kind of people to do that," he said. "It's very unfortunate that this situation is as bad as we've been doing our best." It's a long story, but I'd appreciate it if you could read it once in a while."

Earlier, Dispatch reported that Hwang Hee-chan requested an expensive foreign vehicle, damaged the engine while driving without knowing that he was running low on oil, and left the vehicle on the highway.

Later, Hwang Hee-chan said, "While using the vehicle, the warning light suddenly turned on and the car stopped. Even though I kept waiting, I was delayed in dealing with the accident, so I moved to the location after explaining the situation, he explained, "It was an incident that occurred because I did not fully explain the vehicle precautions to the service target."

Hwang Hee-jung said on the same day, "We apologize for the recent controversy," adding, "We have completed a complaint against the protocol company 'Bahana' on charges of defamation and fraud by false facts to eradicate malicious harm."
