Actor Lee Hee-joon praised Kwak Sun-young for his role as a Scarecrow.

On the afternoon of the 13th, a production presentation for ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama "The Scarecrow" was held at The St. in D-Cube City, Sindorim-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul. Director Park Joon-woo and actors Park Hae-soo, Lee Hee-joon and Kwak Sun-young attended.

Scarecrow is a story that takes place when detective Kang Tae-joo (Park Hae-soo), who was investigating the true culprit of the serial murder, formed an unexpected partnership with the man he hated and prosecutor Cha Si-young (Lee Hee-joon). Director Park Joon-woo and writer Lee Ji-hyun of the drama "Model Taxi" Season 1 (2021) once again joined forces.

On this day, Lee Hee-jun drew attention by opening the words, "Kwak Sun-young is a younger brother, but he seems like a senior."

He said, "The Scarecrow was filmed in a hot summer, in Haenam, without any shade. But (Kwak) Sun-young was always smiling no matter how hot it was and the conditions on the set were difficult. I always said 'Thank you for your hard work' brightly. He has the warmth and healthy energy of an older sister," he praised.

In the play, Kwak Sun-young played the role of Seo Ji-won, a righteous reporter for the Kang Sung-il Ilbo and Kang Tae-joo's alumni of the Kookmin School, and performed enthusiastically. Seo Ji-won is a person with a strong sense of duty and a straight belief, and acts as a watchman while watching the police closely while the investigation into the serial murder of Kang Sung is underway.

The first episode of "The Scarecrow" will air at 10 p.m. on the 20th.
