A year has passed since Koo Joon-yeop, a male duo clone, left his wife, the late Seo Hee-won (Xu Xiyuan), and the recent news has been reported.

According to Chinese media Sina Entertainment on the 10th (local time), Seo Hee-won's younger brother, Seo Hee-je (Shishidi), resumed his career in the entertainment industry for the first time in a year after being saddened by the aftereffects of losing his sister. He made an official appearance as a beauty brand model.

In particular, Seo Hee-je was asked related questions as her sister Seo Hee-won was greatly loved as a "Taiwan national actor" during her lifetime. As a result, Koo Joon-yeop also emerged as a "people's brother-in-law" and a "people's son-in-law" locally.

Seo Hee-je eventually shed tears when asked about her sister and brother-in-law Koo Jun-yeop. In response, the media reported, "Seo Hee-je tried to act calm in front of the camera, but she choked up and burst into tears several times."

At the meeting, Seo Hee-je said about Koo Jun-yeop's recent situation, "My eyes became bright. "We eat together once a week," he said, adding, "My brother-in-law spends most of his time these days drawing a portrait of his sister."

Seo Hee-je also said, "I have too many paintings of my sister at home. We plan to hold an exhibition so that more fans can see the paintings of my sister drawn by my brother-in-law," he said.

As a result, it has been confirmed that Koo is still staying in Taiwan.

Koo Jun-yeop dated Seo Hee-won in 1998. After their breakup, they were dramatically reunited in more than 20 years after hearing the news of Seo Hee-won's divorce in 2021, and married in March 2022. Unfortunately, however, Seo suddenly passed away on Feb. 2 last year due to complications from the flu while traveling to Japan with her family. Koo Joon-yeop, who was in great sadness, visited the Geumbosan Cemetery in Taiwan, where Seo Hee-won fell asleep, every day and drew attention there. After the first cycle, instead of visiting the cemetery, he expressed his longing by drawing a portrait of Seo Hee-won, making the public eat again.
