Actor Song Joong-ki is set to make his first public appearance as a couple with his wife, Katie Louise Saunders.

Song Joong-ki and Katie will appear on stage at the 7th Regular Concert of Gaon Soloists, titled 'Children's Scenes', held on the 18th at the IBK Industrial Bank of Korea Chamber Hall, Arts Center, Seocho-gu, Seoul.

The couple will make a special appearance at the event. The concert, themed around Schumann's 'Children's Scenes', will feature a special performance, with Song Joong-ki and his wife, along with musical theater actress Kim So-hyun, listed among the special guests.

According to sources, Song Joong-ki and Katie plan to sit together on stage and read aloud. The couple reportedly reached out through a mutual acquaintance to secure their spot on the program.

Founded in 2021, Gaon Soloists is an integrated chamber music ensemble comprising both disabled and non-disabled musicians, currently featuring around 25 performers. While rooted in classical music, the group performs a wide range of genres including musicals, Korean traditional music, pop, and jazz.

This marks the first time Song Joong-ki and Katie have appeared together in public. Attention is focused on what kind of performance the couple will deliver on the Gaon Soloists stage.

Meanwhile, Song Joong-ki, who remarried British actress Katie Louise Saunders, welcomed a son in June 2023 and a daughter in November of the following year, becoming a father to one son and one daughter.
