Actress Jung Si-a spoke about her weight management.

On the 15th, a video titled "You said you wouldn't shop... but I ended up buying it anyway. I'll reveal Jung Si-a's delivery box (real shopping list revealed)" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Jung Si-a Asijeong'.

In the released video, Jung Si-a was shown introducing items she recently purchased. She introduced a smart scale, explaining, "It's been too long since I weighed myself. I used to weigh myself at least once a week, but the scale broke, so I hardly weighed myself."

She continued, "I don't think of my weight as that important. I do have a bit of a body-focused mindset, but I do have a line I stick to. When I'm not managing my weight, it goes up to 49kg, but when I have a shoot and need to manage it, I maintain 46–47kg. That's how it needs to be to look pretty and good on screen."

Jung Si-a also shared her struggles, saying, "Recently, the times my children come home are all different. When I prepare food for Seo-woo, they end up eating, and when I prepare for Jun-woo, they end up eating again, so I've been gaining weight. Lately, I've noticed that when I wear pants, my stomach area feels slightly tight, or when I wear clothes, the feeling is different."

Meanwhile, Jung Si-a married actor Baek Do-bin in 2009 and has one son and one daughter.
