Comedian Mi-ja has declared a diet.

On the 21st, Mi-ja posted a message and photo on her Instagram story saying, "My face looked like this on TV, so I'll start from tomorrow."

The released photo showed Mi-ja on a broadcast screen. Unlike her prime days, her face appeared somewhat puffy, drawing attention. In response, Mi-ja resolved to go on a diet.

Through the post she uploaded that day, she said, "I'm starting the 'Find Your Rhythm' diet from tomorrow," and added, "I ate late-night snacks 4 to 5 times a week and was happy. I ate everything I wanted, including malatang, tteokbokki, and gopchang." She also revealed the reason for her diet decision, stating, "Recently, I was shocked after seeing my face on YouTube."

The next day, through an Instagram story, Mi-ja also revealed her current weight as 53.58 kg.

Additionally, Mi-ja showed off her body wearing clothes that left her abdomen fully exposed. She said, "It's not a sudden weight gain, so it may take a bit longer than usual. I'll try to lose it slowly."

When a fan, surprised by Mi-ja's body, asked, "Is this not an old video but a recent live one?" Mi-ja replied, "Yes... these are clothes I bought recently, and this is my body from yesterday."

Meanwhile, Mi-ja married comedian Kim Tae-hyun, who is six years her senior, on the 6th, 2022.
