Actor Jang Dong-ju, who announced his retirement, has revealed his current status.

On the 6th, Jang Dong-ju held a live broadcast through a social media account.

Previously, he uploaded a video to his personal SNS last month showing what appeared to be damage to parts of his body, including his pinky finger, causing shock. The video was deleted immediately, and the account also disappeared.

Consequently, the public worried not only about Jang Dong-ju's life and death but also about whether he had actually been injured. Fortunately, however, Jang Dong-ju's body in the live broadcast was not damaged. Instead, he communicated with fans in a manner no different from usual.

Jang Dong-ju had attracted attention last month by suddenly announcing his retirement as an actor without consulting his agency. Regarding the reason for his retirement, he confessed that although he has repaid more than 3 billion won out of approximately 4 billion won in debt incurred from the hacking and extortion of his "Hye Daejeon" account, he still owes about 800 million won, making it difficult to continue normal acting activities.
