Updates on singer and actress IU have been released, sparking discussion.

Sim Dal-gi recently posted a large number of status update photos on her Instagram.

IU's image was also included, drawing attention. This update, shared after the conclusion of MBC's drama '21st Century Grand Duchess' last month, has drawn even more interest.

In the photo, IU is seen sitting affectionately with Sim Dal-gi and Director Jeon Go-won, looking at the camera. The three collaborated in 'Kiss Is a Sin,' one of four short films in the 2019 Netflix original movie 'Persona.' Despite five years passing since its release, they continue their close friendship, showcasing their unwavering loyalty.

Notably, IU, having left behind the controversy surrounding '21st Century Grand Duchess,' offered a glimpse into her simple daily life. She appeared without makeup, wearing a couple's hat with the former director.

The production team of '21st Century Grand Duchess,' along with the two lead actors IU and Byun Woo-seok, have already issued a public apology regarding the historical distortion controversy.
