Actor Lee Dong-ha showcased the essence of villainous action in "Manager Kim."

In SBS's popular Friday-Saturday drama "Manager Kim," which is airing to great acclaim, Lee Dong-ha delivers a powerful performance as Nam Sil-jang, the top aide to Jo Kang-chan (played by Ju Sang-wook).

In the episode aired on the 6th, Nam Sil-jang's ruthlessness stood out as he swiftly subdued special mission unit officers who had arrived to rescue Kim Min-ji (played by Seo Su-min), the daughter of Manager Kim (played by So Ji-sub). As he systematically dealt with the officers surrounding Jo Kang-chan's villa, Nam Sil-jang created a chilling atmosphere by stating in a polite yet threatening tone, "This is private property. Leave immediately." He then charged again at the officers who ignored him, demonstrating mercilessness by completely subduing them and heightening the tension to its peak.

Nam Sil-jang's intimidating presence did not end there. In the episode aired on the 17th, during a confrontation with Park Jin-cheol (played by Yoon Kyung-ho), he delivered impactful action, including driving his fist into his opponent's face. However, seeing Park Jin-cheol remain unfazed, he became enraged and unleashed an attack fueled by fury, even drawing a knife, leaving viewers breathless with suspense.

As such, Lee Dong-ha fully embodies Nam Sil-jang, maximizing the cold-blooded nature of the character. He has received high praise for not only completing dynamic action sequences through perfect chemistry with fellow actors but also for elevating the drama's immersion to its highest level with unbreakable tension that keeps viewers from looking away at any moment.

As Lee Dong-ha continues to deliver unparalleled performances in each episode, great interest is focused on what other intense aura he will reveal in the future.

Meanwhile, Lee Dong-ha married Sojin, a former member of the group Girl's Day, in 2023.
