Actress Tang Wei (47) and director Kim Tae-yong (57) have become parents to two children.

According to Chinese media Sina Entertainment on the 22nd, Tang Wei personally shared news of her new family of four via her social media on that day.

Tang Wei posted a photo of the four family members holding hands and an illustration of a foal drawn by the father for his newborn son. She wrote, "Summer (our eldest daughter) has begun a family-of-four trip with Foal (our second son)." Sina Entertainment reported that Tang Wei's second child is a boy.

This birth announcement comes about three months after Tang Wei revealed her pregnancy in April by sharing the foal illustration.

Tang Wei and director Kim Tae-yong first met through the 2010 film 'Late Autumn'. They reconnected in 2013, developed a romantic relationship, and married in 2014.

The couple welcomed their first daughter, Summer, in Hong Kong in August 2016. In April, when Tang Wei announced her second pregnancy, she called it "an unexpected gift like a great blessing" and joyfully shared that "one more foal has joined our family."

Tang Wei and Kim Tae-yong have become parents to two children after 12 years of marriage. Notably, their second child was born exactly 10 years after their first daughter's birth, adding special meaning to the occasion.

Meanwhile, Tang Wei married director Kim Tae-yong in July 2014 while working together on the film 'Late Autumn', and gave birth to their daughter Summer two years later in 2016. Tang Wei was born in 1979 and is 47 years old; director Kim Tae-yong was born in 1969 and is 57 years old.
