Actress Ha Ji-won was devastated when the game was cancelled due to rain ahead of her ceremonial first pitch.

On the 6th, the YouTube channel 'Class of '26' uploaded a video titled "Real Situation: 'Why is this happening to me?' I flew for 20 hours and almost went straight home."

The released video showed Ha Ji-won traveling to New York, USA, for a ceremonial first pitch in Major League Baseball.

Earlier, when Ha Ji-won performed the ceremonial first pitch in Korea, Kim Byung-hyun suggested, "Let's go to Boston in Major League Baseball to throw one pitch to ease our disappointment," which led to her MLB ceremonial first pitch taking place.

Kim Byung-hyun, whom Ha Ji-won met in Boston, welcomed her by saying, "The last time I played was in 2003 and 2004, and everything is just as it was."

Ha Ji-won prepared for the ceremonial first pitch but was left frustrated by sudden heavy rain. The downpour continued until 30 minutes before game time, and Ha Ji-won shouted to those leaving, "Don't go," while saying, "This can't be happening."

Ha Ji-won then expressed her concern to Dustin Nippert, saying, "I'm worried whether the game can proceed." Nippert replied, "The game has been cancelled. It was just decided," leaving Ha Ji-won in a state of shock.

Dustin Nippert announced that there would be a doubleheader the next day and invited Ha Ji-won to try the ceremonial first pitch again. Ha Ji-won lamented, "Why do only movie-like things keep happening? Isn't this too much like a movie? What's going to happen next? I really have no idea. Can't I just go out alone and throw the first pitch?"

Fortunately, the weather cleared up the next day, and Ha Ji-won was able to complete her ceremonial first pitch without difficulty.
