Actress Han So-hee revealed her experience of gaining 15 kilograms for a project and then rapidly losing the weight.

On the 28th, a video titled "The National Power-level BOSS who came to close 'Cha-jwip-pul'" was released on the YouTube channel "There's Nothing I Cooked." The released video featured actress Han So-hee.

On this day, when asked about her favorite food, Han said, "Ramen and kimchi stew," adding, "I'm a huge fan of Korean cuisine. I can't live without rice."

When asked about her usual eating habits, she mentioned an experience where she significantly changed her weight for past filming projects.

Han stated, "While filming 'My Name,' I gained 15 kilograms, and since my next project was 'I Know That You Know,' I had to lose the weight quickly." She further revealed, "Since then, even though I eat, if I eat more than a certain amount, I get indigestion."

Upon hearing this, Lee Young-ji asked, "You have a naturally slim appearance. It's partly due to your hard work, but your body has already adapted. Please tell us how you do it." Han then emphasized the importance of exercise.

She said, "It all comes down to exercise," and explained, "The reason I chose boxing as my main workout is simply because it's so much fun."
