Singer Viola, who drew attention for her role in the Netflix drama "Can This Be Translated?", returns with a modern rock track filled with comfort and hope.

According to Studio Ma-eum C, Viola released her new digital single "Illusion: YELLOW LETTER" at 12 p.m. on the 2nd through major online music platforms.

"Illusion: YELLOW LETTER" is the final track in the "Color Letter" series that follows previously released tracks "Departure: GREEN LETTER" and "VIOLA's DANCE: VIOLET LETTER." The lyrics convey a message of hope, stating that even if one sometimes loses their way and wanders, our journey ultimately leads somewhere, and that even as we move forward leaving behind the people and dreams we have passed through, we will meet again someday.

The track is built on the distinctive color of modern rock, featuring a rich orchestral development that gradually intensifies. Viola participated directly in the lyrics and composition, showcasing her capabilities as a singer-songwriter, while composer Oh Dong-jun, who worked on SEVENTEEN's Doyoung's "Go" from the drama "Twenty-Five Twenty-One" OST and Suzy and So Su-bin's "A Night Filled with You" from the "All of Us Are Dead" OST, collaborated on the composition and arrangement. Delicately layered melodies and dynamic orchestration blend together to provide an emotional flow that deepens as the song progresses, along with a dramatic resonance.

Viola, who proved her solid skills by winning the Gold Award at the 30th Yoo Jae-ha Music Competition and appearing on Mnet's "Focus: Folk Us," is an all-rounder artist who spans various genres such as synth-pop, rock, and folk.

Since joining Studio Ma-eum C, known as a "famous OST house" for producing music for numerous popular dramas including "Hospital Playlist" Seasons 1 and 2, "Twenty-Five Twenty-One," and "My Liberation Notes," she has been developing her own distinct musical world.

In particular, recently, she participated in singing the OST "Delight" for the hit Netflix drama "Can This Be Translated?", attracting intense interest from music fans around the world.

Viola is scheduled to perform a live stage at the "2026 Lala La On" concert hosted by the Korea Music Label Industry Association, which will be held on the 11th at Club Sharp in Mangwon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
