Group TWS is celebrating its second debut anniversary by hosting a special event for fans.
TWS members Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin released a motion teaser for the anniversary event “Sparkling Days” at midnight on the 19th through the group’s official SNS and YouTube channel. The teaser shows TWS’s official character racing down a road in a racing car while collecting items, sparking curiosity about the upcoming content. Notably, symbolic elements such as a light stick and a skateboard—items that recall TWS’s journey over the past year—are woven into the video, adding to its appeal.
“Sparkling Days” is an annual event held to commemorate TWS’s debut date (January 22) and to look back on the shining moments of the past year. After completing a full two years, a more relaxed and mature TWS invites 42 (the fandom name) to a birthday party–themed celebration. Detailed information and the full schedule for “Sparkling Days” will be announced later through the group’s official SNS channels.
As TWS approaches its second anniversary on January 22, the group has shown remarkable growth over the past year. They expanded their musical spectrum with the release of two mini albums and proved their ticket power by selling out both their first fan meeting and solo concert. In particular, TWS attracted approximately 50,000 attendees during their first tour in Japan and secured No.2 on Oricon’s annual “Rookie Ranking” based on sales, marking a successful entry into the Japanese music market.
