Kang Kyung-heon, who plays a character in “Mom Is Crazy,” rolls up his sleeves to support his son’s wedding.

According to the production team of the KBS 1TV daily drama “Mom Is Crazy” (screenplay by Na Seung-hyun, directed by Sung Jun-hae), Episode 6, airing on the 5th, will feature a story highlighting the contrasting approaches of two mothers: Jo Mi-mi (played by Kim Hee-jung), who confronts the unusual situation involving her second son Kang Dae-chi (played by Kim Jong-hoon), and Jeon Jin-hee (played by Kang Kyung-heon), who takes it upon herself to find a partner for her son Cha Do-yoon (played by Bae Ji-wan).

In previous episodes, a commotion erupted at Mi-mi’s home when her eldest son, Kang Gangnam (played by Kang Eun-tak), returned with his daughter Kang Su-ah (played by Kim Rae-on) after their divorce. To make matters worse, Mi-mi was shocked again upon visiting the home of her second son Dae-chi, who had always been a source of pride for the family, and discovering seizure notices posted in various places. Meanwhile, Jin-hee showed interest in her son Do-yoon’s marriage and began to take notice of her subordinate Kang Ye-ri (played by Kim Na-eun).

In today’s episode, Jo Mi-mi presses Kang Dae-chi about a secret he had been hiding from her. Dae-chi confesses that he failed in an investment after following a senior colleague at work, causing Mi-mi’s expression to harden upon hearing the unexpected confession.

On the other hand, Jeon Jin-hee decides to take direct action regarding her son Do-yoon’s marriage. Inviting Kang Ye-ri to a dinner on her wedding anniversary with her husband Cha In-seong (played by Nam Seong-jin), Jin-hee aims to bring the two together. Cha Do-yoon, who showed up to the meal without knowing what was going on, fails to hide his bewilderment upon realizing Jin-hee’s intentions. In particular, it is revealed that Jin-hee has a unique hidden motive for choosing Ye-ri as her son’s partner, fueling curiosity about what that reason might be.
