Actress Han Ga-in revealed that she has been experiencing burnout.

On the 6th, a video titled "What if 45-year-old preservative-free beauty Han Ga-in gets vampire makeup? (with. Shin Sung-rok)" was released on the YouTube channel 'Free Wife Han Ga-in'. In the released video, Han Ga-in met Shin Sung-rok, who is currently appearing in the musical 'Dracula', after receiving vampire makeup.

On that day, Han Ga-in asked Shin Sung-rok, "It seems like you've been continuously working on projects. You've been running without taking a break. What drives you to do that?"

In response, Shin Sung-rok said, "I can't rest. I have a family," adding, "After working continuously for so long, I'm not sure if resting is even resting. If there were suddenly no work to do, it might feel good for a few days, but I wouldn't know what to do. The biggest reason is that I am the head of the household," which drew laughter.

Hearing this, Han Ga-in strongly agreed, saying, "I feel the same way. If I don't do anything at all, I become too anxious and find it extremely difficult to endure this time."

Shin Sung-rok, who has recently taken up a new hobby, shared, "When my voice was injured for a while, I felt depressed. As someone who works nonstop with my voice, I kept thinking about my life. That's why I wanted to try something different from the Navy Headquarters. I thought, 'Maybe I should try riding a bike?' and wanted to live by breaking out of my usual frame."

Han Ga-in also added, "I was experiencing some burnout and had been living with the thought that it would be okay to end my life in this state today. But after starting YouTube and doing various things, I started finding joy again."
