Kang Jung-hwan and Choi Jung-hyun, cast members of PD Nam Kyu-hong's new program 'Contract Marriage,' find themselves in a crisis due to alcohol and cigarettes.

In Episode 3 of KBS Joy and MBC Every1's 'Contract Marriage,' airing at 10:30 p.m. on the 12th, Jung-hwan is seen completely drunk. After spending time watching a movie and enjoying a drink with Yoo-jin, Jung-hwan drinks repeatedly as Yoo-jin, who has a low tolerance for alcohol, falls asleep, becoming intoxicated. The production team revealed that Yoo-jin, who was woken up by the sound of Jung-hwan's drunk phone call, took care of him like a mother until he went to bed. Yoo-jin revealed her true feelings, stating, "One must control one's own drinking," and adding, "It is indeed unsettling not to remember what happened after drinking."

Jung-hyun also faces conflict with Min-hyun due to the 'smell of cigarettes.' The warm atmosphere created by the couple pajamas prepared by Min-hyun lasts only briefly, as Min-hyun switches from using a towel brought by Jung-hyun in the bathroom to his own. Min-hyun reveals that not only the towel but also the eye mask he received from Jung-hyun the previous day smelled of cigarettes, stating, "It feels like reality has suddenly closed in."

After returning home from shopping at the market with Min-hyun, Jung-hyun bursts into tears during an interview with the production team, saying, "I tried not to cry." In particular, Jung-hyun cries while saying, "It might be a feeling of inadequacy..." Curiosity is piqued as to what has happened in the couple's life on the second day of their marriage and why Jung-hyun shed tears.

The production team stated, "As time spent together by the two couples accumulates, their respective lifestyle habits begin to surface," adding, "Please watch how the four will resolve their differences."
