Group SHINee member and solo artist Taemin will perform at Amazon Music's global performance series "In the Paint."

"Taemin will appear for the first time as a K-pop artist in Amazon Music Presents: In the Paint," his agency Big Planet Made Entertainment said on the 18th.

"In the Paint" is a global performance series presented by Amazon Music through the NBA postgame show, which combines basketball and music to reinterpret the artist's music on the courtside stage. While global pop stars such as Clips, Nas, and YG have been on the stage, Taemin was the first K-pop artist to join the series, proving his global presence.

Taemin is expanding his position as an unrivaled solo artist by seizing the term "idol of idols" with his delicate expression and overwhelming performance skills. Expectations are high for Taemin's own performance at "In the Paint" as he has been actively taking global steps by appearing in Las Vegas solo performances, "The Kelly Clarkson Show," and the Grammy Museum "Global Spin Live."

Meanwhile, Taemin will take the stage at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the world's largest music festival, in April to peak his global move.
