Group DKZ member Mingyu further solidifies his position as a musical actor.

Mingyu will perform the musical "Secretly Great: THE LAST" at the Grand Theater in Nol Theater University-ro, Seoul, on the 3rd.

"Secretly Great: THE LAST" is a representative creative musical in South Korea that tells the story of agents from Unit 5446 of the North's South Korean special operations infiltrating the Daldongne in South Korea. It is a work that has been steadily loved by the audience due to its solid narrative and the actors' passionate performance, boasting an expanded scale in line with the 10th anniversary performance.

Mingyu played the role of Ri Hae-jin, the youngest leader of Unit 5446 in the play and a high school student camouflage agent who came to South Korea longing for Won Ryu-hwan. Mingyu showed stable acting and delicate expression in the 2023 Five Years' Secret Great Oyeon, and he is determined to provide overwhelming stage control with deeper interpretation in this 10th anniversary performance.

Ahead of his first performance, Mingyu said, "It is an honor and happiness to meet Ri Hae-jin again in about three years in this 10th anniversary performance following the 'Secretly Great' Oyeon. As much as we have prepared hard to show you that we have grown more than before, I hope you look forward to Lee Hae-jin's colorful appearance on stage until the last performance. I will do my best to create the best stage with the actors and staff who are with me," he said.

Mingyu, who debuted with the group DKZ in 2019, has become a "musical rising star" by building a solid filmography through a number of musical works such as "The Three Musketeers," "5! Happy Man," and "Jo: Actor Musician."

Meanwhile, the musical "Secretly Great: THE LAST" starring Mingyu will be performed at the Grand Theater in Nol Theater University-ro, Seoul, until April 26.
