BTS (BTS) leader RM (32, real name Kim Nam-joon) is facing allegations of smoking in a no-smoking zone in Japan and littering cigarette butts.

According to the Japanese weekly magazine Shukan Bunshun on the 22nd, RM was in Japan for BTS's recent Tokyo Dome concerts and held a drinking session with acquaintances in the Shibuya district.

At that time, RM was captured by Shukan Bunshun cameras smoking on the street. The issue is that this area was a "no-smoking zone." The outlet reported, "There was no smoking area inside the bar building RM visited. However, RM and his group calmly smoked in the building hallway. Moreover, they discarded cigarette butts on the ground. The ash and butts were picked up by a female staff member, who then cleaned the floor." The report also added allegations that RM continued smoking despite being warned by security personnel.

The photos released by the outlet show RM smoking with an acquaintance, along with the back view of a cleaner kneeling beside them.

Meanwhile, BTS successfully held performances on the 17th and 18th of this month at Tokyo Dome in Japan for their "BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN TOKYO." According to their agency Big Hit Music, the two shows sold out, drawing 110,000 attendees over the two days.

BTS will continue their world tour on the 25th, 26th, and 28th at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, USA.
