Japanese model Yano Shiko has revealed her self-management routine.

On the 5th, the YouTube channel 'Yano Shiko' uploaded a video titled "Eating real kimchi while doing Q&A: Will she return to abstract martial arts? Is there a boyfriend named Sa-rang?"

In the released video, Yano Shiko conducted a Q&A while eating real kimchi. When asked about her management routine, she answered, "I do yoga and kickboxing about two or three times a week. I drink fresh juice in the morning. I put apples, carrots, beets, spinach, kale, celery, cucumbers, and lemons in it. If some ingredients are missing, that's fine. I drink it every day."

She continued, "I definitely use a pack on my face in the morning and evening. I also make sure not to get constipated. Eat, then release. I try to resolve worries by talking them out so they can leave. I don't let them pile up inside me too much. The key to management is circulation."

When asked about the 'Choo family hierarchy,' Yano Shiko said, "My dad (Choo Sung-hoon) is someone who comes home occasionally. Sa-rang and I are the same. Third place is Kyoro," revealing that Choo Sung-hoon ranks fourth, which drew laughter.

Regarding what was most difficult to adapt to in Korea, Yano Shiko expressed her struggles, saying, "It's the Korean language. I have to study it. Everything else is fine."
