BTS member Jimin showcased his unparalleled presence and immense popularity on Billboard’s 2025 Year-End Charts.
According to the U.S. music media outlet Billboard, which released its Year-End Charts on the 10th, Jimin’s song “Who” ranked No. 57 on the main singles chart, the Hot 100. This marks the highest position achieved by a song from a K-pop male solo artist on the year-end Hot 100. Notably, “Who” is the first and only K-pop solo track without any collaborations to enter the year-end Hot 100 since Psy’s “Gangnam Style” in 2012. Upon its release in July 2024, “Who” debuted at No. 14 on the Hot 100, peaked at No. 12, and remained on the chart for a total of 33 weeks. With “Who,” Jimin also became the only K-pop artist to chart on Billboard’s 2024 Year-End Streaming Songs chart at No. 74, and he extended this achievement in 2025 by ranking No. 29, setting a record for two consecutive years on the chart.
“Who” further demonstrated its global impact by ranking No. 21 on the 2025 Billboard Year-End Global 200 chart and No. 17 on the Global (Excl. U.S.) chart. After previously placing at No. 106 and No. 99 on these respective charts in 2024, the song significantly climbed the rankings, securing a spot on both charts for the second consecutive year. Jimin also ranked No. 81 on Billboard’s Top Artists year-end chart, which is calculated based on performance across charts such as the Billboard 200 and the Hot 100, making him the only K-pop male solo artist to achieve this distinction. Additionally, he placed No. 53 on the Hot 100 Artists chart, No. 41 on the Global 200 Artists chart, and No. 37 on the Global (Excl. U.S.) Artists chart, underscoring his powerful influence as a solo artist.
