Singer G-Dragon teased BIGBANG’s upcoming 20th anniversary concert.
On the 14th, G-Dragon held G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] IN SEOUL : ENCORE at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul. During the concert, he said, “It has been a year since I made my comeback last year. I can say this with confidence—I spent the year working very hard.”
He continued, “Every single day has been precious and special, and looking back on the journey, there was last year’s MAMA stage, the variety program Good Day, and appearances at various festivals. Then this year, I stood on the MAMA stage again. I also performed at the 2025 APEC Summit and received the Order of Cultural Merit, Okgwan Class. Isn’t that amazing? We went through all of this together. You all worked so hard,” expressing his pride and gratitude.
G-Dragon then shared his plans for next year’s activities. “There’s so much that needs to be done. There will be a lot next year as well,” he said. “Next year marks BIGBANG’s 20th anniversary. It’s like finally getting an ID card—turning 20. When you turn 20, you have a coming-of-age ceremony, and since it’s a coming-of-age event, you might have to be past 19. We’ll start warming up in the U.S. from April,” he revealed, raising anticipation for the milestone celebration.
