The music video for "NORMAL," a track from BTS's fifth full-length album "ARIRANG," will be exclusively released on Spotify at 1 p.m. on the 17th.

On the 16th, Big Hit Music announced that in addition to the "NORMAL" music video, three new tracks including the Korean version and an instrumental version would be released simultaneously.

At midnight on the same day, BTS surprised music fans by unexpectedly posting a teaser for the "NORMAL" music video on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel. The video is set in a highly private space: a restroom. It shows RM squeezing between members who are standing side by side with their backs turned, as if attending to personal needs. The unpolished scene reveals BTS's raw, honest side and human qualities that exist behind the glamorous stage, sparking curiosity.

As a result, photos that made headlines on the 14th (local time) by appearing in U.S. newspapers such as the San Francisco Chronicle and New York Post were revealed to be scenes from the "NORMAL" music video. The advertisement, which mimicked articles with sensational titles, included the phrase: "Some have questioned whether the situation was entirely normal."

Previously released in March on BTS's fifth full-length album "ARIRANG," "NORMAL" is an alternative pop track that expresses the ordinary daily lives and thoughts of the seven members. The song, known for its powerful drum kick and snare sounds, received widespread love from music fans, entering the Billboard Hot 100 chart at No. 41 on April 4. Members' calm yet powerful vocals and singing rap delivered in a conversational style were praised for clearly conveying the song's message.

After topping the Billboard 200 chart for three consecutive weeks, "ARIRANG" rose to No. 25 on the July 18 chart. The title track "SWIM" also reached No. 84 on the Hot 100, achieving 16 consecutive weeks on the chart. On Billboard's Global 200, a total of five songs including the new release "Come Over" maintained their positions, while ten songs in total held spots on the Global (Excluding U.S.) chart.
